摘要： 目的 探讨本科临床医学专业女生性别角色类型的分布情况,研究双性化人格特征女生的应对方式特点及双性化人格与应对方式的相关性。方法 抽取某医学院校164名本科1~3年级临床医学专业在校女生作为被试,实际完成研究162例。采用修订的贝姆性别角色量表和应对方式问卷第三版进行测验。结果 研究群体中,双性化个体占70.37%;不同性别角色类型应对方式比较中,解决问题量表具有较大差异,双性化性别角色与男性化、女性化和未分化比较,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；3个年级的双性化人格学生应对方式比较中,自责、求助、合理化有统计学差异(P < 0.05)。学生干部与非学生干部的应对方式中,幻想因子比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 了解双性化人格特征女生在应对方式上的特点,分析其面对困难的应对方式,可以为学生工作提供借鉴。

Abstract: Objective To characterize and correlate the coping styles of females with respect to bisexual personality traits. Methods Overall,164 female students enrolled in grades 1-3 clinical majors of a medical school were selected to study the distribution of gender role types; however,162 completed the assessment,i.e.,the revised Bem Gender Role Scale and Coping Pattern Questionnaire. Results Intersex individuals accounted for 70.37% of the study group,and the problem-solving scale was greatly different as compared with the coping methods of different gender role types. Furthermore,the comparison of bisexual gender roles with masculinity,femininity, and undifferentiated was significant(P < 0.05). Among the coping styles of intersex students,self-blame,help-seeking,and rationalization were significant(P < 0.05). Among the coping styles of student and non-student cadres,the comparison of fantasy factors was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion This study helped understand the characteristics of coping styles among females with intersex personality characteristics,analyze their coping styles in the face of difficulties,and provide reference for students' work.
