宫颈癌治疗前后人乳头状瘤病毒感染的变化和临床特征及其与预后的关系

Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes in human papilloma virus (HPV) infection before and after treatment and clinical characteristics and their relationship with prognosis in patients with cervical cancer. Methods Patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgery or radical radiotherapy at our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were included and received HPV examination and paraffin pathological examination. The correlation of changes in HPV infection before and after treatment,age,FIGO stage,pathological type,degree of differentiation,and lymph node metastasis with prognosis of cervical cancer were analyzed. Results A total of 114 patients with cervical cancer were included. The average age of the patients was 48.1±9.6 years. There was no correlation between HPV types before treatment and age and prognosis of cervical cancer (P > 0.05). HPV types after treatment,FIGO stage,pathological type,degree of differentiation,and lymph node metastasis were significantly related to the prognosis of cervical cancer (P < 0.01). There was no correlation between HPV types after treatment and pathological type and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer (P > 0.05). The degree of differentiation was significantly related to lymph node metastasis (χ2=8.246,P=0.016). Logistic regression analysis showed that HPV types after treatment,lymph node metastasis,and FIGO stage were closely associated with cervical cancer recurrence. Conclusion Paying close attention to HPV detection and prevention after treatment and to the FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis during treatment,and early treatment and prevention can improve the survival rate and quality of life of cervical cancer patients.
