小腿肌肉状态改变对踝关节本体感觉的影响

Abstract: Objective To investigate calf muscle conditioning in terms of ankle proprioception after stretch and contraction interventions. Methods A total of 20 healthy male volunteers were recruited in this study. The right foot was designated as the reference foot, and ankle proprioception was tested by performing the foot matching task after interventions were carried out on the right calf muscle in three ways, namely, control, stretch, and contraction. After data collection, the left ankle matching angle and average matching error of bilateral ankle joint angles in different interventions and target positions were statistically analyzed. Results Based on the results, no significant interaction was observed between muscle condition and target angle in the left ankle matching angle(P > 0.05). However, the main effects of various calf muscle conditions and target angles on the left ankle matching angle were evident(P < 0.001). The left ankle matching angle of the stretch group was significantly lower compared with that of the control and contraction groups(P < 0.001). In addition, it was noted that the target angle had significant main effects on the average matching error of bilateral ankle joint angles(P < 0.05). In comparison, muscle conditioning showed no significant main effects on the average matching error of bilateral ankle joint angles(P > 0.05). Lastly, significant interactions were observed in the average matching error of bilateral ankle joint angles(P < 0.05). Conclusion Findings of this study suggest that under calf muscle stretch conditioning, ankle proprioception tends to significantly favor plantar flexion. On the contrary, calf muscle contraction conditioning had no significant effects on ankle proprioception.
