中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值在支气管扩张症诊断中的应用价值

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the role of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 154 patients with bronchiectasis who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiration, Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 was performed. The patients were divided into respiratory failure and non-respiratory failure groups according to their blood gas analysis results. Differences in sex, age, smoking history, length of hospitalization, white blood cell (WBC) count, NLR, and C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) levels were compared between the two groups. The NLR and PCT and CRP levels in patients with bronchiectasis were evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic curve and area under the curve (AUC). Results The NLR, PCT and CRP levels were higher in the respiratory failure group than in the non-respiratory failure group (P < 0.05), with no significant difference in the WBC count between the groups (P > 0.05). The NLR and PCT and CRP levels have certain significance in predicting bronchiectasis with respiratory failure, but the NLR had better predictive significance than CRP and PCT levels. The AUC of NLR was 0.705, and the sensitivity and specificity were 0.848 and 0.565, respectively;the cutoff value was 3.700. Conclusion NLR has certain predictive value in the prognosis of bronchiectasis with respiratory failure.
