摘要： 目的 探讨职业人群糖尿病和糖耐量受损的影响因素，为防控糖尿病提供依据。方法 采用多阶段随机抽样方法，选取21~60岁钢铁行业人群进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测。结果 职业人群糖尿病标化患病率为8.96%，糖耐量受损标化患病率为7.36%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄、超重和肥胖、中心性肥胖、吸烟、过量饮酒、高血压、糖尿病家族史和总胆固醇异常是糖尿病或糖耐量受损的危险因素（P < 0.05）。结论 职业人群糖尿病和糖耐量受损患病情况不乐观，针对高危人群，应采用综合干预的方法来防控糖尿病。

Abstract: Objective To explore the risk factors of diabetes and impaired glucose regulation in workers aged 21-60 y so as to provide a basis for diabetes control and prevention. Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to investigate steel industry workers aged 21 to 60 years，with whom a questionnaire survey，physical exams，and laboratory tests were conducted. Results The prevalence rates of diabetes and impaired glucose regulation in the workers were 8.96% and 7.36%，respectively. The multivariate logistic regression results showed that age，overweight，obesity，central obesity，smoking，excessive drinking，hypertension，family history of diabetes，and dyslipidemia were risk factors of diabetes and impaired glucose regulation （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes and impaired glucose regulation in the workers was not good. Greater attention should be paid to high-risk populations，and comprehensive methods should be used to prevent and control diabetes.
