摘要： 目的 探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞值（NLR）、血小板/淋巴细胞值（PLR）、淋巴细胞/单核细胞值（LMR）食管癌根治术前后的变化对术后发生吻合口瘘的预测价值。方法 回顾性分析在中国医科大学附属盛京医院行食管癌根治术的182例患者及其术前NLR和手术前后NLR的变化值，PLR和手术前后PLR的变化值，LMR和手术前后LMR的变化值。同时比较其他相关因素，包括年龄、是否合并糖尿病等，应用统计学分析NLR、PLR、LMR和手术前后变化值对术后吻合口瘘的预测价值。结果 合并糖尿病、手术前后NLR变化值≥ 3.36、手术前后PLR变化值≥ 2.26是食管癌根治术后并发吻合口瘘的独立危险因素（P<0.05）。结论 手术前后NLR、PLR变化值对食管癌根治术后并发吻合口瘘具有预测价值。

Abstract: Objective To explore the predictive value of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio (PLR),lymphocyte/monocyte ratio (LMR) and their changes for the occurrence of anastomotic fistula after radical resection for esophageal cancer. Methods This is a retrospective analysis of 182 patients who underwent radical resection of esophageal cancer in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. We selected preoperative NLR,PLR,and LMR and their changes before and after surgery as observation indicators. At the same time,other related factors,including age,diabetes status,etc.,were compared. We used the data of NLR,PLR,LMR,and changes before and after the operation to analyze the predictive value for postoperative anastomotic leakage. Results Diabetes,NLR change before and after operation ≥ 3.36,and PLR change before and after operation ≥ 2.26 are independent risk factors for anastomotic leakage after radical resection of esophageal cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion Changes in NLR and PLR before and after the surgery have predictive value for anastomotic leakage after radical resection of esophageal cancer.
