摘要： 目的 评价稳定型咬合板治疗安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合伴颞下颌关节紊乱病（TMD）的临床疗效。方法 将68例安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合伴TMD的患者随机分为2组：试验组接受稳定型咬合板治疗，对照组接受传统松弛型咬合板治疗，2组患者仅晚间戴用咬合板3个月。比较2组治疗前后疼痛指数、张口度、生活质量评分以及咀嚼能力和美观度的满意率。结果 治疗后，2组疼痛指数下降，且试验组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组张口度提升，且试验组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者的咀嚼能力满意率、美观度满意率、总体满意率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组生活质量评分均明显升高，且试验组各项评分明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用稳定型咬合板治疗安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合伴TMD患者，可提升患者的咀嚼能力、美观度与治疗总满意率，改善患者生活质量，值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stabilization appliances in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders in patients with Angle classⅡ division 2 malocclusion. Methods A total of 68 temporomandibular disorder patients with Angle classⅡ division 2 malocclusion were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into a stabilization appliances group (experimental) and relaxation appliances group (control). All patients wore specified oral appliances at night for 3 months. Pain score,mouth opening degree,quality of life scores,and masticatory ability,aesthetics,and overall satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups decreased obviously compared to before treatment;the pain scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The mean mouth opening degree of the two groups increased correspondingly,with that of the experimental group being significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Statistically significant improvements (P<0.05) were obtained in the satisfaction with masticatory ability,aesthetics,and total experience in the experimental group. The quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Stabilization appliances can improve the chewing ability,aesthetic satisfaction,and quality of life of temporomandibular disorder patients with class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion.
