百令胶囊对支气管哮喘小鼠的治疗效果

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule on the airway inflammation,remodeling,and resistance of mice with asthma. Methods 48 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into a control group,asthma group,budesonide group,and low-,middle-,and high-dose Bailing groups (n=8 per group). The airway resistance was measured,and total cells in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were counted. HE,AB-PS,and Masson staining were performed to assess airway inflammation and remodeling. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to determine the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA). Results Compared with the asthma group,the airway resistance and the number of total inflammatory cells in BALF decreased in the budesonide group and in the low-,middle-,and high-dose Bailing groups (P<0.05). Meanwhile,the inflammatory cell infiltration,goblet cell metaplasia,collagen deposition,and α-SMA expression in lung tissue also decreased. No significant difference in airway resistance was found between the budesonide and Bailing groups (P>0.05). Except for airway resistance,the aforementioned effects in the budesonide group were better than those in all of the Bailing groups. Conclusion Bailing capsule can inhibit airway inflammation,resistance,and remodeling in asthmatic mice.
