摘要： 目的 探讨PRDM15在头颈鳞状细胞癌（HNSCC）中的表达与预后的关系。方法 利用免疫印迹和免疫组化检测HNSCC及癌旁组织样品中PRDM15的表达。分析PRDM15表达与临床病理资料和生存时间的关系。结果 与癌旁组织相比，PRDM15蛋白在HNSCC癌组织中高表达。与低表达PRDM15的HNSCC患者相比，PRDM15高表达的HNSCC患者生存时间缩短。结论 PRDM15可能成为HNSCC患者一个潜在的新的预后和治疗生物标志物。

Abstract: Objective To determine the relationship between the expression of zinc finger protein transcriptional suppressor factor (PRDM15) and the prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Methods PRDM15 expression levels in HNSCC tissue samples were measured by western blotting and immunohistochemistry. The relationships among PRDM15 expression,patient clinicopathological data,and survival time were statistically analyzed. Results PRDM15 expression was higher in HNSCC tissues than in the adjacent tissues. Compared with the survival time of patients with HNSCC and low PRDM15 expression,the survival time of patients with HNSCC and high PRDM15 expression was shorter. Conclusion PRDM15 is a potential new biomarker for the prognosis and treatment of patients with HNSCC.
