数字化口腔模型采集技术在前牙区种植不同术式中的应用

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of digital model acquisition technology on anterior teeth implantation in flap surgery (FS) and flapless surgery (FLS). Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,36 patients (56 teeth) with missing anterior teeth were enrolled and divided equally into FS and FLS groups (18 patients and 28 teeth in each group). Digital models were captured preoperatively,and cone beam CT imaging was obtained. The implant guides were made by 3D printing. The observation indexes included implant precision,repair effect,and subjective comfort. Results The axial and 3D errors were significantly lower in the FS group than in the FLS group (P<0.05). Additionally,the FS group had better anastomosis and subjective comfort scores than the FLS group (both P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with missing anterior teeth,the reasonable use of digital model acquisition technology is conducive to improve the efficiency of model collection and clinical diagnosis and treatment. In addition,the model has good operability and repeatability. For patients with complex conditions,it is advisable to choose FS first,which provides benefits of higher precision,better implant repair effect,and subjective comfort.
