摘要： 目的 探讨结直肠癌患者术前血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）水平的变化及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 回顾性选取2016年1月至2018年12月我科手术治疗的176例结直肠癌患者（结直肠癌组），并选取同期于我院门诊进行体检的100例健康人作为对照组。收集研究对象的临床资料，对结直肠癌组和对照组的血浆FIB、CEA、CA19-9水平进行比较，分析结直肠癌组术前血浆FIB、CEA、CA19-9水平与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 结直肠癌组术前血浆FIB、CEA、CA19-9水平均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结直肠癌患者中，术前FIB、CEA、CA19-9水平均随着肿瘤侵润深度的增加、淋巴转移、TNM分期的升高而提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 结直肠癌患者术前血浆FIB、CEA、CA19-9水平与肿瘤的发展阶段密切相关，为预测肿瘤TNM分期提供重要依据。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative plasma levels of fibrinogen(FIB),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)with the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer patients. Methods We retrospectively selected 176 colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgery at our department from January 2016 to December 2018(colorectal cancer group)and 100 healthy people who underwent physical examination at our hospital during the same period as a control group. The clinical data of the subjects including plasma levels of FIB,CEA,and CA19-9 were recorded and compared between the two groups. The relationship between the preoperative plasma levels of FIB,CEA,and CA19-9 with the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results The preoperative plasma levels of FIB,CEA,and CA19-9 in the colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). In the colorectal cancer group,the preoperative plasma levels of FIB,CEA, and CA19-9 increased with tumor invasion depth,lymphatic metastasis,and TNM staging(P<0.05). Conclusion The preoperative plasma levels of FIB,CEA,and CA19-9 in colorectal cancer patients are closely related to the development stage of the tumor and can be used as a basis to predict the TNM staging of the tumor.
