摘要： 目的 分析2014年至2018年国际快速康复外科研究态势，为我国快速康复外科的发展提供参考。方法 将Web of Science数据库中收录的2014年至2018年关于快速康复外科的所有文献，通过CiteSpace软件进行国家、研究机构、关键词等绘制图谱。结果 发文量以美国最多，中国排名第2，但是发文量远低于美国；研究机构以麦吉尔大学为首的美国、丹麦、加拿大等发达国家居多；研究热点主要集中在大肠癌手术、围术期护理、管理、结局、荟萃分析等方面；风险、体验等突现词对预测研究前沿具有重要意义。结论 通过分析国际快速康复外科研究热点和研究前沿，发现国际快速康复外科处于迅速发展阶段，在循证医学的基础上，探索适合本国医疗制度的快速康复外科运行模式，有助于促进快速康复外科领域发展。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the international trend of enhanced recovery after surgery in past five years and provide references for the development of enhanced recovery after surgery in China. Methods Data were retrieved from Web of Science publications between 2014 and 2018. The visualizing maps were drawn using CiteSpace software,based on country,research institution,keywords, etc. Results The USA has the largest number of publications. China ranks second,but the number of publications is far lesser than that in America. The hot research topics included colorectal surgery,perioperative care,management,outcome,and meta-analysis. Burst terms such as "risk" and "experience" were of great importance in predicting research frontiers. Among research institutions,McGill University was the leading one,followed by others from USA,Denmark,Canada,and other developed countries. Conclusion Internationally, enhanced recovery after surgery is in a stage of rapid development,as seen from the research hotspots and frontiers. Evidence-based medicine suggests that China should explore the implementation of enhanced recovery after surgery within its medical system and promote the development of this field.
