Nin-one结合蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of the Nin-one binding protein (NOB1) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods The expression of NOB1 in 226 samples of LSCC tissues and 45 samples of adjacent normal mucosa tissues were assessed using the immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expression rates of NOB1 in LSCC and adjacent tissues were 63.8% and 13.3%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The expression of NOB1 in LSCC tissues was associated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that the five-year survival rate of the NOB1 positive expression group was significantly lower than that of the NOB1 negative expression group. Conclusion The expression of NOB1 is higher in LSCC,and it is associated with the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and prognosis of LSCC patients. NOB1 may play an important role in the development of LSCC,and it is a potential tumor biomarker and therapeutic target for LSCC.
