摘要： 目的 综合分析男性不育症患者心理健康情况。方法 选取2013年7月至10月期间于我院就诊的男性不育症患者（n=392）作为不育组，选取同期来我院行孕前健康检查者（n=121）作为对照组。采用SCL-90症状自评量表对2组进行测评，并分析SCL-90各因子评分情况及不育症相关风险因素。结果 不育组抑郁、焦虑、强迫状态、躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、精神病性等症状自评量表各因子评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05），而2组恐怖项评分无统计学差异。不育年限长、年龄大、收入低及担心就医费用均导致不育组患者心理压力增大。已行前期治疗的患者因治疗效果的不确定性等情况加重了情绪的恶化。结论 不育症能影响男性患者的心理健康状况，不育年限、年龄、收入以及对就医费用的担心均为重要的影响因素。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the mental health of male infertility patients. Methods A total of 392 male infertile patients admitted to our hospital (July 2013 to October 2013) were selected as the experimental group,and 121 healthy male were selected as the control group. The scores of the self-rating scale of the two groups and related risk factors were analyzed. Results The scores of depression,anxiety,obsessive state,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia,and psychosis were significantly higher for the experimental group than for the control group (P < 0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the item of terror. Patients with a longer infertility period,older patients,and patients with lower income had greater psychological stress. Patients who worried more about the disease itself had greater psychological pressure. Conclusion Infertility can affect the mental health of male patients. Older patients who have had a long period of infertility accompanied by worry about medical expenses due to low income can experience increased psychological pressure.
