摘要： 目的 分析子宫内膜腺癌患者血清和癌组织中催乳素（PRL）的表达情况。方法 选取38例健康女性志愿者作为对照组，42例子宫内膜腺癌患者作为观察组，应用化学发光免疫法测定血清PRL水平。收集正常子宫内膜组织10例、子宫内膜不典型增生组织20例、子宫内膜腺癌组织57例，采用免疫组化法检测PRL的表达，分析子宫内膜腺癌患者临床病理参数与PRL表达的关系。结果 观察组血清PRL水平明显高于对照组（P < 0.05）。正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜不典型增生组织和子宫内膜腺癌组织中PRL的表达有统计学差异（P < 0.05），子宫内膜腺癌组织中PRL高表达率明显高于正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜不典型增生组织（P < 0.05）。晚期子宫内膜腺癌中PRL高表达率明显高于早期子宫内膜腺癌（P < 0.05）。组织学分级G₁、G₂和G₃中PRL的表达有统计学差异（P < 0.05），G₃中PRL高表达率明显高于G₁和G₂；有淋巴结转移的子宫内膜腺癌中PRL高表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移的子宫内膜腺癌（P < 0.05）。PRL的表达与肌层浸润深度无关（P > 0.05）。结论 PRL与子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展相关。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the prolactin (PRL) levels in the serum and cancerous tissues of patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods The PRL serum level was measured by using the chemiluminescence immunoassay in 42 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma (observation group) and 38 normal individuals (control group). The PRL expression levels were assessed by immunohistochemistry in tissues harvested from 10 cases of normal endometrium,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, and 57 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The correlation between the PRL expression and clinicopathological parameters was further analyzed. Results The serum PRL level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The PRL expression levels in tissues harvested from normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,and endometrial adenocarcinoma were significantly different (P < 0.05). Moreover,the high expression rate of PRL in endometrial adenocarcinoma was found to be significantly higher than that in normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium (P < 0.05). The PRL expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was associated with the stages of tumor,degree of pathological differentiation,and lymph node metastasis (all P < 0.05),but it was not correlated with the depth of myometrial invasion (P > 0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that PRL plays a crucial role in elevating the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
