基于细胞焦亡理论研究白细胞介素-1β与白细胞介素-18在抗结核药物性肝损伤中的临床意义

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-18 in anti-tuberculosis druginduced liver injury(ADLI) based on the theory of pyroptosis. Methods Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were hospitalized in the Fourth Hospital of Tangshan between January 2016 and January 2017,inclusive,were enrolled. The case group comprised 41 patients with ADLI,and 41 patients without ADLI,matched for age,gender,and medication regimen,were selected as the control group. The levels of serum IL-1β and IL-18 in the case and control groups were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The area under the IL-1β in predicting ADLI. Results There was a significant difference in serum IL-1β levels between the two groups(P<0.05), but the IL-18 levels were not significantly different for the two groups(P>0.05). There were positive correlations between IL-1β and AST, ALT,and ALP(all P<0.05),and the AUC of IL-1β level that predicted ADLI was 0.889. Conclusion IL-1β may be a molecular marker related to the development of ADLI and may be a new target for the diagnosis of ADLI.
