摘要： 目的 分析慢性细菌性与非细菌性前列腺炎对男性精液质量及精子功能的影响。方法 选取我院自2017年12月至2018年12月收治的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者67例（A组）与慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者60例（B组），比较2组精液质量及精子功能的差异，同时统计2组患者的不育率。结果 2组中，精液量异常（<2 mL或>6 mL）、pH值异常（<7.2或>8.0）及少精子症发生率均无显著差异（P>0.05）。与B组相比，A组精液不液化（>60 min）患者所占比例、弱精子症发生率及不育率较高，精子总活力、前向运动精子百分率及正常的形态率较低，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论 慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者与非细菌性前列腺炎患者相比，精液不液化的比例较高，精子功能较弱，不育率较高。

Abstract: Objective To explore and analyze the effects of chronic bacterial and non-bacterial prostatitis on semen quality and sperm function in men. Methods Sixty-seven patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis (group A) and 60 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (group B) treated at our hospital between December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. Semen quality and sperm function were compared between the 2 groups,and the difference was calculated. Results There were no significant differences in abnormal semen volume (<2 mL or >6 mL),abnormal pH value (<7.2 or >8.0),or the incidence of oligozoospermia between the 2 groups (P>0.05). The proportion of patients with semen liquefaction (>60 min) and the incidence of asthenospermia and infertility were higher in group A than in group B. The total sperm motility,forward motility sperm percentage,and normal morphology rate were lower in group A than in group B. All differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic bacterial prostatitis results in a higher proportion of patients with semen liquefaction,weaker sperm function,and higher infertility rate than non-bacterial prostatitis.
