摘要： 目的 分析医学教育环境感知与学习投入之间的关系以及学业自我效能感的中介作用。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法在辽宁省某医学院校不同专业、不同年级抽取医学生共600余名，采用医学教育环境量表（DREEM）、中文版学习投入量表（UWES-S）和学业自我效能感量表对其进行调查。结果 抽取的医学生医学教育环境感知较好，学习投入尚可，学业自我效能感较好；医学教育环境感知、学习投入和学业自我效能感显著相关；学业自我效能感在医学教育环境与学习投入之间的中介效应占总效应的67.7%。结论 学业自我效能感在医学教育环境感知与学习投入之间发挥部分中介作用。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between medical education environment perception,learning engagement,and the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy. Methods Stratified random sampling via a sample of more than 600 medical students at a medical university in Liaoning Province. Measuring was done using the Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM),the Chinese version of Learning Engagement Scale (UWES-S),and the Academic Self-efficacy Scale. Results The medical education environment has a good perception,the learning engagement is acceptable,and the level of academic self-efficacy is strong;the medical education environment perception,the level of learning engagement,and the level of academic self-efficacy are significantly related;the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy between the medical education environment and the learning engagement accounted for 67.7% of the total effect. Conclusion Academic self-efficacy plays a partial mediating effect between medical education environment perception and learning engagement.
