医学教育环境感知对医学生学习投入的影响:学业自我效能感的中介作用

Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between medical education environment perception,learning engagement,and the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy. Methods Stratified random sampling via a sample of more than 600 medical students at a medical university in Liaoning Province. Measuring was done using the Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM),the Chinese version of Learning Engagement Scale (UWES-S),and the Academic Self-efficacy Scale. Results The medical education environment has a good perception,the learning engagement is acceptable,and the level of academic self-efficacy is strong;the medical education environment perception,the level of learning engagement,and the level of academic self-efficacy are significantly related;the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy between the medical education environment and the learning engagement accounted for 67.7% of the total effect. Conclusion Academic self-efficacy plays a partial mediating effect between medical education environment perception and learning engagement.
