摘要： 宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）是妇科常见疾病，一般由高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）持续感染导致。CIN包括宫颈不典型增生和宫颈原位癌，CINⅡ、CINⅢ和宫颈原位癌常伴有腺体累及。目前，国内临床治疗中是否累及腺体对CIN治疗方案的选择基本无影响，CIN累及腺体是否影响手术方式和预后尚无定论。本文回顾了国内外相关文献，对CIN累及腺体的治疗和预后相关问题作一综述。

Abstract: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is a common gynecological disease,which is usually caused by persistent infection of high-risk human papilloma virus. CIN includes cervical dysplasia and cervical carcinoma in situ. CINⅡ,CINⅢ,and carcinoma in situ are often associated with glandular involvement. Currently,there is no difference between the therapeutic strategies of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in China,irrespective of the glandular involvement. Whether cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with glandular involvement affects the surgical approach and prognosis remains inconclusive. We retrieved the related domestic and foreign literature and reviewed the treatment and prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with glandular involvement.
