研究领域和兴趣:
有机合成;药物合成化学;杂环化学;化学生物学;有机合成方法学;精细化工;香精香料。
研究情况:
1.研究使用新型反应合成具有重要生理活性的杂环化合物。
主要从事含氮杂环化合物进行研究,尤其对天然生物碱-百部碱的母体环的构建设计新的路线,合成百部碱的母体环。
2. 甾体化学研究:
主要从事神经甾体药物的设计和合成,同时进行构效关系研究。目前研究的主要内容是:GABAA受体和G-蛋白偶合受体小分子配体的设计、合成和筛选。研究的目的是对有机小分子与GABAA受体和G-蛋白偶合受体作用机理作深刻理解。解释有机小分子对GABAA受体和G-蛋白偶合受体功能的调节与疾病之间的关系,基于这些理论根据, 设计新药先导化合物主要涉及麻醉剂及其拮抗剂。此外,研究甾体D-环结构的修饰,设计和合成新型甾体化合物。
3. 有机化学方法学研究:
研究钯催化有机反应, 及其在烯炔合成砌块构建中的应用。
4. 精细化工:
包括:固体碱和超强酸在有机合成中的应用,超声波和微波促进有机反应,取代芳胺的合成工艺研究,药物中间体, 日用化学品和多种合成香料的研究。
