研究领域:
郭荣教授及其所领导的扬州大学胶体与界面科学研究所从事表面活性剂物理化学研究已有20多年的历史,具有较扎实的学科基础和丰富的研究经验,并拥有从事胶体与界面科学研究方面所需的专业仪器,在国内外期刊发表论文330多篇,其中部分工作在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., J. Phys. Chem. B, Chem. Mater., Macromolecules, Langmuir, J. Colloid Interface Sci. 等国际性重要杂志上发表。郭荣教授课题组从事表面活性剂分子有序组合体的构筑、转变与调控规律及其在生命科学、材料科学中的功能性应用等方面的研究。提出了以电化学方法为手段的测定分子有序组合体结构的新方法;以微乳液和层状液晶为模板合成具有光、电和润滑等特性的功能性有机和导电高分子材料,并在纳米材料的形貌、结构调控及其在催化等方面的应用获得实质性进展;以分子有序组合体进行细胞的代谢、能量与物质转运、信息传递的仿生研究,揭示了蛋白质与分子有序组合体作用的一些基本规律。提出了药物助溶-增溶作用的新机理,并将其应用于新型药剂的研制。将微乳液用于药物释放的控制与药物水解的抑制,取得了一些有意义的研究进展。
目前具体的研究方向主要包括:
(1)表面活性剂分子有序组合体生成、转变与结构调控研究;
(2)表面活性剂分子有序组合体中功能性分子的光化学与光物理行为;
(3)药物在分子有序组合体中的助溶—增溶作用;
(4)生物活性分子与表面活性剂分子有序组合体的相互作用;
(4)表面活性剂分子有序组合体中功能性导电高聚物纳米材料的制备;
(5)层状液晶/纳米粒子复合润滑材料的制备
