  从事样品预处理及相关检测技术研究,致力于复杂基体的生物样品和环境样品中痕量组份的分离富集和检测,主要研究工作包括:
  
  1.以阀上实验室为平台,结合可更新表面技术,以固定化C18的硅胶微珠填充的可更新微柱作为沉淀收集媒介,实现了血样中痕量重金属的原子光谱测定,揭示了疏水性表面吸附亲水性沉淀的机理。
  
  2.设计了阀上实验室与原子荧光检测器的联用接口,建立了阀内共沉淀固相萃取之后的二级氢化物发生原子荧光测定体系,该体系显著降低了复杂基体样品中共存物质的干扰,提高了原子荧光测定的灵敏度和选择性。
  
  3 .对阀内集成电化学检测相关方法进行了初步研究,设计了适于阀内检测的电化学系统,建立了阀内可更新汞膜以及聚合物修饰铋膜电极直接测定重金属的溶出伏安分 析方法。以及首次在阀内组装双电极并合结可逆/不可逆安培法用于生物组份的快速测定,与常规的电化学分析方法相比,显著降低了样品和试剂的消耗,提高了分 析的自动化程度,实现了分析方法的绿色化。
