从事临床麻醉工作近28年，擅长心血管外科、神经外科、口腔、五官科等专科病人的麻醉及困难气道的处理，对围术期危重疑难病例麻醉处理有丰富的临床经验。主持并开展困难气道的处理、可视化技术在麻醉中的运用等新技术。研究方向：围术期脏器功能的保护。
发表SCI论文10余篇，《中华麻醉学杂志》、《临床麻醉学杂志》等核心期刊发表论文30余篇，获得省级以上资助课题3项，主编教材1部，参编专著2部，获得省技术引进二等奖1项，徐州市科技进步二等奖1项，徐州市新技术引进一等奖2项。
