个人简介
冯智英，女，1972年1月出生，浙江人，医学博士，硕士生导师。目前任职浙江大学医学院附属第一医院疼痛科主任，兼任中华医学会疼痛学分会委员、中国医师协会疼痛学分会常委、中国女医师协会疼痛分会副主任委员、中国生命关怀协会疼痛专业委员会常委和浙江省医学会疼痛学分会副主任委员等。1994年毕业于浙江医科大学医学系，2001年获浙江医科大学临床医学硕士学位，2008年获浙江大学医学博士学位，2009年9月到2013年6月于德国基尔大学访问学习。分别于2013年和2014年到霍普斯金大学医院和斯坦福大学医院访问学习。荣获2017首批“国之名医·青年新锐”称号，2019年荣获在浙江首届“有温度的好医生好护士”活动中荣获“有温度的好医生”。
从事疼痛临床教学20余年，始终秉承"以患者为中心”宗旨，刻苦钻研，积极开展新技术，尤其微创介入治疗、基于评估的精准治疗，为各类慢性顽固性头痛、带状疱疹神经痛、糖尿病神经痛、三叉神经痛、癌痛、颈肩腰腿痛、脊柱术后疼痛、癌痛等患者解除病痛，好评如潮。
作为本学科青年学术代表，组建浙大一院疼痛医学专科联盟，为提高基层医院诊疗水平而努力。参与主持多项国家、省部级课题，发表学术论文70余篇，参与撰写行业指南和专家共识10个，参与编写人卫出版社疼痛病学诊疗规范；主编《鞘内连续输注系统植入术》、《解密:膝关节痛》，副主编《经皮神经电刺激植入术》、《脊柱源性疼痛》《疼痛病学诊疗手册—手术与创伤后疼痛病分册》，《解密 带状疱疹神经痛》，参编《难治性癌痛诊断与治疗》、《远离颈肩腰腿痛--专家来帮您》等书籍。
