【主要工作业绩】教学：
主要承担本科生仪器分析、生物工程设备理论课程。指导的本科生毕业论文曾获得院级优秀毕业论文。指导多名学生参加全国大学生生命科学竞赛，并取得江苏省二等奖的好成绩。
科研：
主要从事食品安全和营养方面相关研究，具体包括第一个方面：食品功能组分的分析及其功能性细胞分子机制；第二个方面：食品有效成分的分离鉴定及其防腐保鲜作用。目前主持江苏省自然科学基金（青年基金），徐州市科技
计划项目，校级博士学位教师科研支持项目，以及参与多项国家自然科学基金。在国际著名 SCI 期刊上发表论文 20 多篇，包括 Journal of Agricultural and Food
Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food and Chemical Toxicology, Toxicological Sciences, Frontiers in
Microbiology, Journal of Chromatography
A, Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture 等，多次参加国际会议并做大会报告和墙报展示，获得国际学术界和企业界的广泛关注。
