李鑫，男，1986年出生，山东临沂人，2013年进入江苏师范大学土地资源管理系工作。

This guy got his PhD degree from NanjingAgricultural University at 2013 and in the same year became a faculty member ofLand Resource Management in Jiangsu Normal University. From 2015 to 2016 heworked as a postdoctoral fellow in University of British Columbia (UBC) inCanada. His research interests focus on land resource optimization. As we knowresource allocation is the eternal issue of human activities, however, for landresource, due to its spatialheterogeneity, multiple objectives and sites,the allocation becomes quite complex and difficult. Now he is trying tointegrate the relevant economical knowledge and mathematical model to resolveit.

目前是国家注册土地估价师、注册房地产估价师，中国自然资源学会会员；2014年江苏省优秀博士学位论文获得者；以第一作者发表文章20余篇，其中EI篇，CSSCI 12篇；主持国家自然科学基金1项，江苏省自然科学基金1项，江苏省教育厅人文社科项目1项，江苏师范大学校级项目1项。
