一、基本情况
2008年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态专业，获博士学位。2008-2012年先后在法国Tours大学和美国Temple大学从事博士后研究。2012年~2013年，湖北大学，副教授，湖北省"楚天****计划"楚天学子；2014年~至今，苏州科技大学，副教授。2015年获苏州市高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才引进资助。
二、主要研究领域及学术成就
研究工作主要集中在钙钛矿氧化物薄膜和异质结构的可控制备、性能调控及其在新型微电子器件中的应用。主要研究方向包括：(1)多功能钙钛矿氧化物人工结构的设计及性能调控研究，(2)氧化物界面新奇物性的探索、调控及其在未来微纳器件中的应用。2011年获湖北省自然科学二等奖，获2016~2017年度苏州市自然科学优秀论文三等奖两项。主持并完成国家自然科学基金和教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金各一项。在Appl. Phys. Lett.、Phys. Rev. B、J. Appl. Phys.、J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.等国际主流物理期刊发表SCI论文近40篇，SCI 单篇最高引用次数85次，SC总引用次数400余次。
