简 历：
加籍华人、历任美国大学终身正教授、博士生导师，中国大学****、博士生导师。在美国已培养20名博士生。曾担任美国国家教师认证委员会英语教育项目评估专家理事会理事、美国TESOL 项目评估专家。现担任国际学术期刊International Journal of TESOL and Learning (已被全球最大的期刊数据库EBSCOhost 收录) 、Language and Communication Quarterly和Leadership and Policy Quarterly主编以及TESOL Quarterly, The Modern Language Journal, Assessing Writing, Language Assessment Quarterly 等SSCI学术期刊评审。研究领域横跨教育测评、研究方法、英语作为第二语言教育以及领导与政策研究四个学科方向。出版专著16部、其中3部被几所美国大学选用为博士和硕士课程教材。在20多种SSCI和其他知名国际学术期刊发表论文64篇。论文被广泛引用。主持美国、加拿大、中国各级科研项目20多项，获得科研资助累计100多万元。
