【学术简介】
学习经历:
1998年毕业于吉林农业大学,获畜牧学专业学士学位; 2001年毕业于吉林农业大学,获动物营养专业硕士学位;2005年毕业于江南大学,获粮食、油脂与植物蛋白工程专业博士学位。
教学及研究经历
2005年7月于江苏大学食品与生物工程学院从事教学和科研工作,2010年江苏大学食品科学与工程博士后流动站出站。2015年美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校食品科学系访问。
学术及社会兼职:
国家自然科学基金项目网评专家,中国食品科技学会会员,江苏省生物化学学会会员, Food Chemistry,Food and Chemical Toxicology,Food & Function,Analytical Methods,《食品科学》等杂志审稿人。
