【研究领域】
运用化工过程、胶体与界面化学和生物化学研究表面活性剂（包括表面活性食品添加剂）的绿色合成及应用，特别是绿色和天然非离子表面活性剂如烷基醇醚、糖苷的合成，天然产物酶促和化学改性及其产物的溶液界面化学行为，生物活性及其在化妆品和食品中的应用。
【科研项目】
近5年来主持国家自然科学基金项目、科技部重点专项项目、国家科技支撑项目和其它省部级课题等10余项。其中代表性课题如下:
