个人简介 个人简介:刘昌荣,博士,分别于2008.7、2011.7、2015.6获得电子科技大学学士、硕士、博士学位。2010.3-2011.3&2012.8-2014.8作为访问****于新加坡国立大学从事科研工作,2015.6-2015.8于新加坡国立大学苏州研究院从事科研工作,2015.8起任苏州大学电子信息学院副教授。

近年来已发表SCI期刊论文40余篇,其中IEEE期刊论文20余篇;H-index=17,谷歌学术总引用次数1100余次。第一/通讯作者在天线与电波传播领域顶级期刊IEEE Trans. Antennas and Propagation发表9篇论文,以合作作者在集成电路顶级期刊IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits(JSSC)发表一篇论文;学术荣誉包括2011年全国微波毫米波会议“优秀学生论文奖”(1/5)、2014 International Conference on Wearable and Implantable Body Sensor Networks (BSN 2014): “Best Poster Award”(2/2)及2015 International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design (ISLPED): “Design Contest Award”(4/6),2016年度中国电子学会优秀博士学位论文评选“提名奖”。.

IEEE会员、IEEE天线与电波传播分会会员,担任IEEE Trans. MTT, IEEE Trans. 研究领域 研究领域:主要研究方向:
近年来,一直从事天线、阵列、波束切换阵列等在微波、毫米波相关领域的应用研究,具体包括:
1) LTCC, CMOS等工艺的微波毫米波集成化天线与阵列研究;
2) 圆极化天线、结合巴特勒矩阵的圆极化波束切换阵列研究;
3) 生物医疗设备中收发天线系统研究,包括植入式天线体外接收天线及无线能量传输的整流天线子系统设计;
