个人简介 个人简介:黄河,男,教授,博士,博士生导师,苏州大学嵌入式仿生智能研究所副所长。ACM, IEEE, CCF, 中国电子学会会员,2012年起担任中国计算机学会(CCF)物联网专委会委员。江苏省“333工程”第三层次培养对象,2019江苏省年度教育人物提名奖(全省仅10人,高校仅1人)。2011年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学计算机学院软件与理论方向,获工学博士学位,师从陈国良院士,并于同年8月加入苏州大学,2013年破格晋升副教授,2018年8月晋升教授。2019.01~2020.01在美国“公立常青藤”佛罗里达大学从事合作研究。近年来具体研究方向包括信息安全及隐私保护,流量统计,群智感知计算,软件定义网络,交通大数据等。目前,在IEEE ToN、IEEE TMC、IEEE TPDS、IEEE INFOCOM、VLDB、ACM SIGMETRICS、IEEE ICDCS、Internet of Things、ACM MobiHoc、IEEE SECON、IEEE ICNP、IEEE ICDM等顶级国际期刊会议共发表论文100余篇,其中CCF A类期刊/会议21篇。以第一或通信作者发表论文50多篇,其中CCF A类16篇(4篇IEEE/ACM Tansactions on Networking, 4篇IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing),以及中科院1区期刊论文2篇。曾获Bigcom 2016大会唯一最佳论文奖,指导研究生获得IEEE MSN 2018 (CCF C类推荐会议) Best Paper Award以及IEEE Bigcom 2018 Best Student Paper Award。现/曾担任IEEE INFOCOM 2021, 2020 (CCF A), IEEE ICC 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 (CCF C), IEEE MASS 2017, 2018, 2019 (CCF C), IEEE MSN 2020 (CCF C), IEEE UIC 2020 (CCF C), IEEE Globecom 2017, 2019 (CCF C), MobiHoc(CCF B)-MSCC 2016 Publicity Co-Chairs, CCNC 2020, BDCloud 2016, ICNC 2017, IBDC 2015, CWSN 2013-2019等知名国际会议(或workshop)的PC member,获得Distinguished Member of the 2020 INFOCOM Technical Program Committee。长期担任ACM/IEEE ToN、IEEE TMC、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TVT、IEEE Wireless Communications等知名国际期刊特邀审稿人,《计算机工程》青年编委。在隐私保护领域的研究成果曾获得2014年度国家教育部自然科学二等奖。曾指导本科生毕业设计获得省级优秀毕业论文2次,省级优秀毕业设计团队1次,曾指导团队获得江苏省挑战杯一等奖。
目前/曾作为项目主持人主持国家军口863重点项目3项、国家自然科学基金重点/面上项目3项、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、国家教育部博士学科点基金项目1项、中国博士后科学基金一等资助1项、江苏省自然基金面上1项、江苏省博士后A类资助1项,共计纵向课题12项,主持纵向课题累计经费达300万元,此外主持横向科研项目3项。共申请发明专利16项,其中已授权发明专利8项。此外,作为主要参与人参加了国家973,发改委重大专项等多个项目的开发。在海外合作方面,与佛罗里达大学等领域内专家建立了长期稳定的合作。
