周刘蕾,2008年7月毕业于南京邮电大学通信与信息工程学院获工学博士学位,2008年8月于苏州大学电子信息学院任讲师,2015年提升为副教授。自2003年便开始研究认知无线电、物联网通信中的关键技术,对该领域的应用背景有较深刻的理解。过去的五年中,与哈尔滨工业大学电子与信息技术研究院保持长期合作,参加多个国家自然科学基金项目和“
