1993/07-2008/03湖北大学工作;
?中国粘接学会轻纺专业委员会/武汉粘接学会学会:秘书(1993 -1996)。
?1993/07-1996/12担任《聚合物乳液通讯》(内刊)编辑,并将该杂志成功申办为公开发行刊物,刊物同时更名为《胶体与聚合物》。
? “乳液聚合新方法和功能微球的制及应用研究”项目获湖北省自然科学奖,三等奖(2006,排名第三)
1997/01-1999/08博茨瓦纳共和国任教。
?1998-1999期间担任中国驻博茨瓦纳教师组代表,并鼓励、协助当地中国商人成立了“博茨瓦纳华人总商会”
