学历及学术经历：
1993年苏州大学本科毕业并留校工作，2000年苏州大学获硕士学位，05年日本近畿大学获博士学位。2003-2005年获日本文部省奖学金留学近畿大学，2006年苏州大学副教授，硕士生导师。现任苏州大学材料与化学化工学部部实验室管理办公室主任、苏州大学省级化学实验教学示范中心副主任。主要参与3项国家自然科学基金项目，主持或参与多项省级、校级教改项目，在国内外核心化学期刊如J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Commun.，Inorg. Chem.等发表正式论文80余篇，主编实验教材3本。2008年获苏州大学建行教学奖、2009年获校级教学成果一等奖（排名第二）。
研究领域：
功能配位化学，无机材料化学，实验教学管理与研究。
