简历:   核酸检测技术中心副主任,博士生导师。本科毕业于北京大学生物化学和分子生物学专业,博士毕业于美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院(Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine)并留校从事多年博士后研究。有十余年生物技术领域的研发经验(担任美国Merck制药公司高级生物学家和Biochain项目负责人)。在世界顶级的学术刊物《自然》(Nature)和《细胞》(Cell)上发表四篇论文。有扎实的生物化学、分子生物学,细胞生物学和遗传学科研背景,在DNA,RNA和蛋白质方面具有深厚的实践经验,包括与癌症相关的信号传导途径,RNA干扰,功能性基因组学,细胞检测方法开发,活体和体外药物靶标的鉴定和验证,高通量筛选试验和自动化操作,以及开发体外分子诊断技术的专业知识和经验。
