简历: 2005年本科毕业于吉林大学机械工程学院,同年免试进入中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所学习,并于2010年获工学博士学位(MEMS方向)。毕业后加入中国科学院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所,历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。自工作以来先后与瑞士联邦理工(ETH)和日本大阪大学进行阶段性联合科学研究工作,主要从事超精密纳米加工技术和高性能纳米光学材料合成技术在生物医学工程领域中的应用研究。作为负责人,先后主持完成了国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、国家重大科研装备研制项目“超分辨显微光学核心部件及系统研制”中子课题“荧光纳米标准板”等项目。
