1999年毕业于青岛农业大学动科系,获农学学士学位;
2002年毕业于南京农业大学动物科技学院,获农学硕士学位;
2006年毕业于东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院,获工学博士学位;
2006-2016年在东南大学学习科学研究中心从事科学教育相关的教学与科研工作
2016-至今在东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院从事生物医学工程及生物信息学相关的教学与科研工作。
20104月被评为副教授,20119月被评为硕士研究生导师,20139月被评为博士研究生导师。

研究简介:
工作以来主要围绕实用生物芯片、高通量测序以及人类血液中循环核酸的检测及其相关应用研究。作为项目主持人先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士点基金项目、清华大学信息科学与技术国家实验室项目;作为研究骨干先后参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目、863重大仪器专项、国家重点研发计划、国家重大科研仪器研制项目以及江苏自然科学基金和科技支撑计划等10余项研究项目;相关研究成果发表SCI论文60余篇,他引超1000次;有关DNA微阵列技术的研究获教育部自然科学二等奖。
