个人简介
2004-2009年浙江大学电气工程学院博士研究生,2009-2010年加拿大纪念大学电机与电子工程学院博士后研究人员,合作导师Rahman教授(IEEE life fellow,加拿大皇家工程院院士),2010-2013年英国谢菲尔德大学电子与电机工程系博士后研究人员(同时攻读第二个博士学位,师从 IEEE Fellow Z.Q.Zhu教授),2013-2014年英国谢菲尔德大学西门子风电中心助理研究员,2014年-2015年加入美国Ansys公司任项目负责人,2015以“江苏省特聘教授”回国(南京航空航天大学自动化学院)工作。从事电机及其驱动方面的研究,研究领域包括新能源电动汽车、大功率高速电机、永磁直驱风力发电机。主持国家自然科学基金项目、江苏特聘教授专项、江苏省自然科学基金项目,南京航空航天大学杰出人才培育基金、南京航空航天大学直升机协同创新中心电机及驱动项目,美国Ansys公司项目各1项。参与加拿大工程与自然科学、德国Brose集团、谢菲尔德大学西门子风电中心、中国某军工预研项目各1项。申请国家发明专利13项,授权3项;在国内外期刊和重要会议上发表论文60多篇,其中被SCI收录16篇。入选第五届“江苏特聘教授”,国际IEEE学会高级会员 (IEEE Senior Member),担任期刊Journal of Control Science and Engineering和International Journal of Rotating Machinery的客座编辑,担任国际会议IEEE International Electric Machines and Drives Conference (IEMDC2015)、IEEE International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference – ECCE Asia (IPEMC2016) 、International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS2016)分会主席,IEMDC2017分论坛主席;获国际会议International Conference on Ecological Vehicles and Renewable Energies (EVER12)最佳论文奖。担任7部IEEE/IET杂志、2部国际期刊审稿专家、多个国际知名会议的审稿人。入选人才工程:江苏特聘教授
