研究方向 针对当前信息与能源领域对低成本高性能光电功能材料与器件的强烈需求,本研究所以掺杂半导体纳米晶、原子厚度二维半导体两类新型半导体纳米材料为主要研究对象,发展高质量纳米晶的合成与组装方法,重点研究纳米晶电子结构与光电性能的杂质、缺陷、表面、界面效应(理论与实验相结合),同时致力于具有前瞻性的新型高性能纳米晶光电器件与应用探索(透明导电膜、光探测器、忆阻器、太阳能电池、白光LED等)。主要研究方向包括: 1)纳米晶缺陷与杂质光电特性的实验与计算 2)纳米晶深紫外光电探测器等光电器件研究 3)原子厚度二维半导体光电性能与器件应用

发表论文
长期从事光电信息功能材料与器件研究,聚焦于半导体纳米晶、二维半导体两类材料,侧重于发光、导电、光电响应等基本科学问题研究,探索深紫外光探测器、白光LED等信息功能器件应用。在纳米晶发光方面:提出了氧化锌蓝色发光的间隙锌缺陷态模型(AFM 2010、ACS Nano 2008、AFM 2012),其中AFM 2010每年引用超过100次;发展了发光碳点的表面态工程(Sci Rep 2014),实现了固态发光及白光LED(Angew 2014)。在纳米晶导电方面:首次实现了理论预言的白石墨烯导电转变(Nano Lett 2010),被Nature-Asia Materials等亮点报道;发展了透明导电纳米晶墨水的普适性制备方法,实现了铜纳米线表面合金化及透明弹性电极稳定性一千倍提高(Nano Lett 2014、AM 2013、AFM 2009)。 共发表SCI论文95篇,包括《Nano Letters》2篇、《Advanced Materials》4篇、《Angew. Chem. In. Ed》2篇、《ACS Nano》2篇、《Adv. Funct. Mater.》4篇、《Scientific Reports》1篇、《Small》1篇,以及《Adv. Funct.
