个人简介:教授,博士、硕士导师。分别获得吉林大学物理系学士,北京科技大学材料系硕士和英国诺丁汉大学电子工程系博士。2002年加入英国伦敦帝国学院(原帝国理工) Donal Bradley教授的课题组,先后承担了数项总经费超过一百万英镑的英国皇家工程物理学会重大跨学科攻关项目、 欧共体F6框架项目、及国际重大合作项目,负责多项子科题的研究, 取得了国际领先的研究成果。2003年她成功地展示了红、绿、蓝三基色聚合物激光器, 2005年在国际上首次实现了高分贝聚合物光放大器。2007年她在国际上首次发表了光通讯用红外与可见光的聚合物转换开关的研究成果, 使所承担的欧盟重大攻关项目有了突破性进展, 受到欧共体专家的高度评价。同时, 针对 ‘有机电泵激光器能否实现’这一世界难题, 她通过材料优化和器件设计, 成功地研制出集高载流子迁移率和超低域值于一体的聚和物兰光激光器, 并对有机激光形成机制进行了深入的研究, 提出有理有据的独到见解, 研究成果已发表在Nature Materials上。
研究领域:夏瑞东教授具有很好的教育背景,丰富的海外学术研究与研发工作经历,特别是在有机、无机及纳米半导体材料和光电子器件(LED、激光器及光放大器, 光伏器件)以及各种功能材料的研究与开发等相关领域积累了深厚的科学研究与应用有关的研发经验。她的研发课题涉及能源, 通讯和纳米技术等重要领域, 内容新颖, 学术研究为国际先进水平。多项研究成果已发表在Nature Materials, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials等国际权威学术刊物上。夏瑞东已在SCI索引刊物发表文章近百篇,并多次在国际学术会议上做邀请报告,她还是多种SCI收录国际学术刊物(包括Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials, Applied Physics Letters, J. of Applied Physics, Synthetic Metals, Materials Chemistry and Physics, Applied Materials & Interfaces 等)的审稿人及Journal of Photonics、Journal of Nanomaterials的编委、特邀编辑。2012年回国后主持及参与了多项国家自然科学基金项目及973项目,并获得江苏省科技进步奖。2012年入选为江苏省双创人才。夏瑞东近年来代表性论文(*:通讯作者):?Y.
