个人简介:2014年6月毕业于山东大学,获工学博士学位,同年7月进入南京邮电大学光电工程学院(现电子与光学工程学院、微电子学院)工作。至今发表学术论文32篇,其中一作/通讯作者SCI论文17篇。任Thin Solid Films,Ceramics International,Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics,Optical Materials等多种国际学术期刊审稿人。目前主持一项国家自然科学基金和一项江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,两项校科研基金项目,作为核心成员,参与多项国家自然科学基金项目,并取得阶段性成果。多次参加境内外学术会议并做学术报告。


研究领域:一、主要研究方向:
电子薄膜及其微纳器件(铁电、半导体);
基于电光磁材料的先进物理/化学气相沉积技术。
