从事化学生物学与药物化学相关的科研工作，关注产学研结合，积极推动成果转化与创新创业。

学术兼职
中国化学会（Chinese Chemical Society）会员，任Elsevier, Springer, ACS Publications, Frontiers, Bentham Science等多家出版社审稿人，已评阅期刊包括：European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Bioorganic Chemistry, European Journal of Pharmacology, Current Topics in Medicinal Chemistry, Chinese Medicine, ACS Omega, Frontiers in Chemistry, Informatiocs in Medicine Unlock等。


研究方向
化学生物学：荧光工具的设计、进化与应用；临床前诊断与疾病指标挖掘；
药物化学：计算机辅助药物设计；多靶点抗肿瘤药物开发；功能小分子的合成与改造；
材料化学：荧光材料的组装与应用；功能药物载体的开发与性能评价。


获奖情况
2016年度中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖，甘草酸系列产品纯化及结构修饰技术。
