个人简介：金玉，儿科学教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师现任中华医学会儿科分会全国儿科感染学组委员，中华医学会江苏省儿科分会消化学组副组长，国家临床重点专科建设项目（小儿消化）项目负责人。从事儿内科临床、教学、科研工作30年，在儿科常见病呼吸道及肠道感染的研究方面积累了丰富的临床诊治经验并取得了较好的研究成果，获得“宋庆龄儿科医学奖”及“中华预防医学科技进步”二等奖。现担任《中华儿科杂志》、《中国实用儿科杂志》、《临床儿科杂志》及《中国小儿急救医学》等核心杂志编委，在国际、国内核心期刊发表论文70余篇，获卫生部及省科技进步奖多项。已培养博士研究生8名、硕士研究生38名。
主要科研成果：1.“小儿病毒性腹泻分子流行病学研究”获2008年“宋庆龄儿科医学成果奖”2.“我国病毒性腹泻的病原学和流行病学研究”获2007年中华预防医学会科学技术二等奖
目前承担的科研项目：南京市医学科技发展重点项目、江苏省卫生厅医学科研项目、江苏高校自然科学研究项目。
