个人简介:南京农业大学食品科技学院教授,硕士生导师;中国质量认证中心江苏分公司食品安全管理体系(FSMS) 审核员;曾在荷兰瓦
赫宁根大学RIKILT、英国赫瑞瓦特大学生命科学院访学;主持和参加国家、部、省级科研项目近 20 项,发表论文 30 余篇,授权国家发
明专利 4 项。教学课程:
本科生:农产品贮运学、食品厂安全卫生管理、园产品贮藏与加工、农产品物流学、食品安全与控制、物流学、Food storage(全英文)
研究生:食品加工与检测新技术、果蔬采后生理与贮藏技术专题、农产品加工与贮藏研究生班讨论等。
科研情况:
主持国家部省级科研项目,参与国家科技支撑计划、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项和国家自然科学基金等项目。
目前在研项目:
1. 山东独山寨农业发展有限公司、山东五康轩现代农林发展有限公司,青皮核桃保鲜与核桃仁加工研发,2018/09 -2020/08,主持;
2. 南京市科委农业科技攻关,201805035,无花果采后贮藏保鲜关键技术 2018/05-2020/04,主持;
3. 江苏省农业科技自主创新资金,CX(17)3038,人工养殖鳄鱼肉营养特性研究及特色产品开发,2017/07-2019/07,主持;
