个人简介 博士研究生,中共党员,南京农业大学食品科技学院副教授、硕导。南京工业大学博士毕业, 南京理工大学博士后, University of Massachusetts Amherst
访问学者。主要研究方向为食品功能因子和生物分离,同时担任了《食品科学》、《食品工业科技》、
《中国食品卫生杂志》和《食品与发酵工业》等期刊编委或审稿专家。科研情况:
主持/参与校级、国家级、省级或横向科研项目十五项;主持校极/省级教改项目五项;以第一作者或通讯作者发表专业和教改论文共五十余篇,其中被 SCI
收录二十余篇;国家发明专利三项;负责四项研究生工作站。研发了姜黄素微胶囊、大蒜素微胶囊、石耳多糖、抗癌环肽、长根菇多糖、血耳多糖、淡红侧耳多糖、硫磺菌凝集素、白桦茸多糖、紫丁香蘑多糖、铜绿菌多糖和宠物
