8 月)留学美国普渡大学 Whistler 碳水化合物中心;2019 年 1 月至今,任职于南京农业大学食品科技学院。
科研情况:主要研究方向为食品碳水化合物资源开发与利用(淀粉结
构解析与改性、电磁场技术在食品碳水化合物加工中的应用、其他生物大分子与淀粉的相互作用)。主持江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省优势学科人才引进基金、南京市留学人员优先资助项目、镇江市金山英才计划、南京农业大学
新进博士启动基金各 1 项。
