个人简介
计智伟博士于 2020 年 8
月加盟南京农业大学，受聘为人工智能学院教授，博士生导师。大数据智能计算研究中心（筹）负责人。回国之前，计博士就职于美国德克萨斯大学，生物医学信息学系（SBMI），助理教授。
计博士于 2016 年在同济大学计算机系取得工学博士学位。从 2013 年
5 月起，在美国维克森林大学和德克萨斯大学从事科研工作，先后任研究学者（2013.5-2015.6），博士后研究员（2016.9-2019.2），助理教授（2019.3-
2020.7）。他的主要研究兴趣包括：系统生物学，生物信息学，大数据分析与建模，人工智能与模式识别。近五年来，在相关领域主流期刊（例如:PLOS COMPUT BIOL, IEEE Trans
系列, INFORM SCIENCES 等）发表 SCI 论文 30 多篇，
他引近 800 次，H 指数 16，其中有 3 篇入选 ESI 高被引论文。长期受邀担任
IEEE T IND INFORM, IEEE T SYST MAN CY-S, COMPUT BIOL MED, Neurocomputing,
IEEE ACCESS, Frontiers 系列, 以及 ICDM, BIBM 和 ICIC 等国际知名期刊和会议的同行评审专家。作为 Guest editor，分别在 IEEE ACM T
COMPUT BI、Frontiers系列等杂志上成功组织了三期 Special
Issue。计博士是领域内少数的将人工智能技术、复杂系统数学建模和生物多组学数据融合进行研究的学者之一。现为江苏省生物信息学专业委员会委员。
