个人简介
李周坤,男,河南信阳人,理学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,现为南京农业大学生科院微生物学系教师。主要研究方向为基于捕食性黏细菌生防资源评价,开展黏细菌来源的糖苷水解酶的生物学功能解析及其在黏细菌与植物病原菌互作中的机制等研究工作,相关研究成果发表在ISME J、Microbiome、Appl Environ Microbiol、Biol Control、J Cereal Sci 等杂志上。

科研情况
黏细菌(Myxobacteria)在系统进化上属于phyla Myxococcota,是一类具有多细胞群体行为特征的微生物类群,具有复杂的生活史,能够形成类似于真菌的多形态子实体结构,被认为是高等的原核生物;黏细菌广泛存在于土壤、水体等不同环境类型中,能够以活的微生物细胞或者其他生物大分子作为食物获取营养,同时能够响应外界营养阈值进而调控营养细胞分化为抗逆性强的黏孢子,从而使黏细菌类群具有良好的土壤适应性。黏细菌对于细菌和真菌的捕食特性使其在土壤微生物食物网中扮演着重要的角色。本实验室以黏细菌为资源开展相关研究工作:
(1)黏细菌与植物病原菌互作机制Predator(myxobacteria)-Prey(plant pathgen)interactions
黏细菌作为土壤微生物食物网的顶端捕食者,其捕食特性和良好的土壤适应性使其在土壤微生物生态网络调控和植物病害控制方面具有重要的应用价值。本实验室通过鉴定捕食性黏细菌与植物病原菌互作过程中的关键因子,阐明其在捕食者(攻击)与猎物(防御)互作过程中的作用机制,解析黏细菌群体识别参与捕食的功能,为黏细菌应用于农业生产过程中植物病害控制提供基础。
(2)黏细菌来源的糖苷水解酶资源挖掘与利用Glycoside hydrolases(GHs)from myxobacteria and its application
黏细菌在生长过程中能够分泌不同类型的糖苷水解酶,在黏细菌生长代谢和捕食过程具有特殊的生物学功能。本实验室主要针对黏细菌来源的病原菌细胞壁裂解酶CWDEs, 淀粉酶类以及木聚糖酶等,筛选具有优良催化特性的酶资源,解析其催化特性的结构基础与分子机制,并评价其作为抗病因子和在高附加值功能糖制备方面的应用潜力。
