从事兽医微生物学及免疫学教学科研工作,主要研究领域为病原细菌的蛋白组学和基因组学。运用综合“组学”分析平台,系统筛选猪链球菌等动物病原的免疫反应性蛋白,为细菌亚单位疫苗开发提供理论基础;筛选细菌的毒力
标志物,为疾病的预防治疗提供理论基础。运用细菌表面蛋白以及细菌与宿主蛋白相互作用筛选平台,研究细菌致病机理。同时开展了噬菌体研究,运用基因改造平台来改造、拓宽噬菌体宿主谱,为临床中快速筛选针对特异病原
菌的噬菌体打下基础。

张炜 教授 博士生导师。2007 年南京农业大学预防兽医专业毕业后留校,现从事兽医微生物学及免疫学教学科研工作,主要研究领域为病原细菌的蛋白组学和基因组学。
2009 年 12 月破格晋升副教授。2010 获全国优秀博士论文提名奖。2011 年

获教育部新世纪人才支持。2012 年,获得南京农业大学“钟山学术新秀”称号。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目以及自然科学基金优秀青年基金各 1 项。现主持
农业部行业专项子课题 1 项,主持转基因重大专项子课题 1 项,主持校级中央高
校基本科研业务费专项基金 1 项。
主要学术成就:建立了细菌蛋白组学分析平台,系统地对猪链球菌等动物细菌病病原进行分析,共鉴定出 100 余种亚单位疫苗候选分子,50 余种为首次报道,差异表达蛋白 60 余个,其中 4
种蛋白已经被证明为保护性抗原,差异蛋白
中 2 种可用于鉴别诊断用的分子靶点。以第一作者或通讯作者发表 SCI 论文 10篇,其中包括蛋白组学主流杂志“Proteomics”,业内主流杂志“Vaccine”以及 “Veterinary
microbiology”等。
